LEGAL GROUNDS FOR THE TREATMENT

This site deals with data, mainly on the basis of user consent. The consent is given via the banner at the bottom of the page, which can be viewed at the first access to this site, or through the use or consultation of the site, as acceptance by conduct.

As they use or consult the site, visitors and users approve the privacy statement and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.

– Security

– Ancillary activities

COLLECTED DATA
This site collects user data in two ways.
– Navigation data collected in an automated manner

When Users browse the site, the following information can be collected and stored in the (hosting) server’s log files of the site:
– internet protocol address (IP);
– browser type;
– parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
– name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP);
– date and time of visit;
– web page from which the visitor is directed to our side (referral), and eventual exit page;
– number of visits by the user.

This data is used for statistical and analysis purposes, and to check the correct functioning of the website exclusively on an aggregated basis, based on the legitimate interests of the owner. The IP address is used exclusively for security purposes, and is not cross-referenced with any other data.

The aforementioned data can be exhibited by the Manager, but only with a motivated decree of the Public Prosecutor, to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

– Data provided voluntarily

In the case of voluntary use of the contact form, the site may collect other data (name and email address), which will be used only to reply to messages sent by users.

Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain the requested information. Specific information will be published on the pages dedicated to that purpose.

* For security reasons the following will also be saved automatically as part of the messages sent via the contact form: IP address, date and time of dispatch of each individual message.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data collected from the site is processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, and at the web hosting data centre. The web hosting service (Aruba SPA – Via San Clemente, 53 – 24036 Ponte San Pietro BG, IT), which is responsible for data processing on behalf of the owner, is part of the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European regulations.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD
The data collected by the site during is kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless there are further purposes for its preservation.

The data (IP address) used for site security purposes (like blocking attempts to damage the site) is kept by the web hosting service for a period of time equal to or greater than the duration of the
contractual relationship. Once the statutory retention period has expired, the aforementioned data will be destroyed, and the possibility of obtaining a copy of this documentation will no longer be guaranteed.

OPTIONALITY OF THE PROVISION
Apart from what specified for navigation data, the user is free to consult this website without providing any personal data.

TRANSFER OF COLLECTED DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The data collected by the site is generally not supplied to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by the judicial authority, and only in cases required by law; or for the execution of security checks or site optimization.

TRANSFER OF DATA IN EXTRA EU COUNTRIES
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area, in particular with Google and the Google Analytics service. SECURITY MEASURES
Visitor/user data is processed lawfully and correctly, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data.
