On this site, specific security measures are observed to prevent unlawful or incorrect use, loss of data and unauthorized access.

This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached through hypertext links published on the site, but that are referring to external resources.

This site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort so as not to damage users’ rights.


This site deals with data, mainly on the basis of user consent. The consent is given via the banner at the bottom of the page, which can be viewed at the first access to this site, or through the use or consultation of the site, as acceptance by conduct.

As they use or consult the site, visitors and users approve the privacy statement and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.

Further consent relative to the specific purpose of the service is collected through communication forms or further requests for services.

The provision of data, and therefore consent to the collection and processing of data, is optional. The processing of data collected by the site, in addition to purposes related, instrumental and necessary to the provision of the service, is for the following purposes:

– Statistics (analysis)
Collection of data and information in aggregated and anonymous basis in order to verify the correct functioning of the site. None of this information is related to the physical person/user of the site, and in no way allows its identification.

– Security
Data and information is collected in order to protect the security of the site (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection) and of the Users, and to prevent or expose fraud or abuse of the website. The data is automatically recorded and may also include personal data (IP address) that could be used, in compliance with the laws in force on the subject, in order to block attempts to damage the site or cause damage to other users, or in any other activities that are considered harmful or may constitute a crime. This data is never used for the identification or profiling of the User, and is periodically deleted.

– Ancillary activities
Data can be communicated to third parties that perform functions necessary or instrumental to the operation of the service (e.g. comment boxes), and to allow third parties to carry out technical, logistic and other types of activities on our behalf. The suppliers have access only to the personal data that is necessary to carry out their duties, they undertake not to use the data for other purposes, and are required to process the personal data in compliance with the regulations in force.

This site collects user data in two ways.
– Navigation data collected in an automated manner

When Users browse the site, the following information can be collected and stored in the (hosting) server’s log files of the site:
– internet protocol address (IP);
– browser type;
– parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
– name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP);
– date and time of visit;
– web page from which the visitor is directed to our side (referral), and eventual exit page;
– number of visits by the user.

This data is used for statistical and analysis purposes, and to check the correct functioning of the website exclusively on an aggregated basis, based on the legitimate interests of the owner. The IP address is used exclusively for security purposes, and is not cross-referenced with any other data.

The aforementioned data can be exhibited by the Manager, but only with a motivated decree of the Public Prosecutor, to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

– Data provided voluntarily

In the case of voluntary use of the contact form, the site may collect other data (name and email address), which will be used only to reply to messages sent by users.

Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain the requested information. Specific information will be published on the pages dedicated to that purpose.

* For security reasons the following will also be saved automatically as part of the messages sent via the contact form: IP address, date and time of dispatch of each individual message.

The data collected from the site is processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, and at the web hosting data centre. The web hosting service (Aruba SPA – Via San Clemente, 53 – 24036 Ponte San Pietro BG, IT), which is responsible for data processing on behalf of the owner, is part of the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European regulations.

The data collected by the site during is kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless there are further purposes for its preservation.

The data (IP address) used for site security purposes (like blocking attempts to damage the site) is kept by the web hosting service for a period of time equal to or greater than the duration of the
contractual relationship. Once the statutory retention period has expired, the aforementioned data will be destroyed, and the possibility of obtaining a copy of this documentation will no longer be guaranteed.

Apart from what specified for navigation data, the user is free to consult this website without providing any personal data.

The data collected by the site is generally not supplied to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by the judicial authority, and only in cases required by law; or for the execution of security checks or site optimization.

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area, in particular with Google and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in particular decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here is the information page of the Italian Guarantor), according to which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

What are Cookies

Visitor/user data is processed lawfully and correctly, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data. – request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including that no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected;
– in the case of consent-based processing, to receive (at the only cost of support for that process), the data provided to the holder in a structured and readable form by a data processor, and in a format commonly used by electronic devices;
